Twelve Draftsmen ”with works by Sevda Chkoutova, Cristina Fiorenza, Sonja Gangl, Michela Ghisetti, Doris Theres Hofer, Barbara Höller, Andrea Pesendorfer, Birgit Pleschberger, Gerlinde Thuma, Martina Tscherni, Masha Sha and Gudrun X and the book presentation of“ half remembered. half anticipated. We cordially invite works from the STRABAG Artcollection ”.

For the first time, the publication is dedicated to a collection presentation of the STRABAG Artcollection, which has now been in existence for over three decades. The art collection includes over 2,500 works with a focus on Austrian art after 1945 and contemporary painting and drawing from the countries participating in the STRABAG Artaward International. 10 years of the STRABAG Art Forum in Vienna, 20 years of the STRABAG Artaward and more than three decades of the STRABAG Artcollection are the festive occasion to present excerpts from the STRABAG Artcollection in book form for the first time. The book contains text contributions by Silvie Aigner, Bettina M. Busse, Edelbert Köb, Julia Schuster, Tanja Skorepa and Hans-Peter Wipplinger, a collector's talk between Hans Peter Haselsteiner and Wilhelm Weiß, interviews with STRABAG Artaward winners from different decades and with the collector anselm Glück and Dagmar Chobot, as well as numerous images of works from the STRABAG Artcollection.
